# unCoded Licensing & Payments FAQ

## 📜 Licensing Model

### 🎫 What is the licensing model for unCoded?

unCoded operates on a **profit-sharing licensing model**.\
Users preload a license balance via **Binance Pay**, managed entirely through the **unCoded Telegram Bot**.

Normally, **30 %** of each trade’s profit is deducted from this balance.\
The fee can be <mark style="color:purple;">reduced</mark> long-term to as low as <mark style="color:$warning;">**20%**</mark> by topping up license credit. You receive a <mark style="color:$success;">1% discount</mark> for every total deposit of $200.

Example: If you top up $1,000 in license credit, you immediately receive a <mark style="color:$success;">**5%**</mark>**&#x20;discount** on your **profit share**.

Once your license credit is used up, your bot will continue trading for another 24 hours before it automatically stops buying. Sell orders will still continue to be executed.

### 📥 Where can I see my current balance?

You can view your license credit either in your dashboard at [<mark style="color:$warning;">https://www.uncoded.ch/account</mark>](https://www.uncoded.ch/account) or in your bot dashboard on **your server** under the section License Balance.

Steps:&#x20;

* Log in to your Google account and click on [<mark style="color:$warning;">**Dashboard**</mark>](https://www.uncoded.ch/account) in the top right corner
* Your current license balance is shown under **Token Balance ->** **License Tokens**.&#x20;
* If you have just signed up, you will receive 25 License Tokens **free of charge** to test unCoded.

### 💰 How do I top up my balance / What payment methods are available?

unCoded currently offers payments via [<mark style="color:$warning;">**Stripe**</mark>](https://www.uncoded.ch/account), which requires a **credit card**. \
As an alternative, you can simply send a short message on [<mark style="color:$primary;">**Telegram**</mark>](https://t.me/Habonet) or an **email** to <mark style="color:purple;"><info@arrowtrade.ch></mark> requesting an invoice.

### 💲 How to pay via Stripe

* Go to your dashboard at [<mark style="color:$warning;">**https://www.uncoded.ch/account**</mark>](https://www.uncoded.ch/account)
* In the **Token Balance** section, you will find the button <mark style="color:purple;">**Top Up License Tokens**</mark>. Click it and enter the amount you would like to top up in the field that appears.
* Click <mark style="color:purple;">**Continue with Stripe**</mark>
* Enter your contact details for invoicing and your credit card information, then click <mark style="color:purple;">**Pay**</mark>

### 🪙 How to pay via direct message:

* Simply send a message on Telegram to [<mark style="color:$warning;">@Habonet</mark>](https://t.me/Habonet) or send us an email at <mark style="color:purple;"><info@arrowtrade.ch></mark> stating that you would like to top up your license and specifying the amount you want to add
* You will receive an invoice from us with the wallet address to which you can transfer the funds afterward. Everything is handled through Binance, so you can use your profits directly for the license.

### ❌ What happens if my license balance runs out?

When your balance reaches zero:

* Once your license credit is used up, your bot will continue trading for another 24 hours before it automatically stops buying. Sell orders will still continue to be executed.
* You’ll receive a <mark style="color:purple;">**Dashboard notification**</mark> reminding you to reload
* Once you top up your balance, trading resumes seamlessly

### ❓ How does the profit-sharing percentage work?

A fixed percentage of the profit from each <mark style="color:purple;">**sell trade**</mark> is automatically deducted from your license balance.

**Example:**\
If a trade generates <mark style="color:purple;">**$10**</mark> in profit, <mark style="color:purple;">**$3**</mark> (30%) is deducted from your balance.\
For example, if you are only paying a <mark style="color:purple;">**20% fee**</mark>, only <mark style="color:purple;">$2</mark> will be deducted from your license balance.

### 💱 Can I transfer my license balance to another account?

No. License balances are <mark style="color:purple;">**linked to your individual Google Accounts**</mark> and cannot be transferred.

If you are a registered <mark style="color:purple;">**sales partner**</mark>, your balance can also be paid out to your account. Feel free to <mark style="color:$warning;">**contact us**</mark> for this.

### 🛑 What happens if I stop using unCoded?

* Your remaining balance stays safely stored and can be reused later.
* There are <mark style="color:purple;">**no refunds**</mark> for unused balances.
